We are looking for a dynamic, experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a busy, modern food & beverage operation. General Manager Requirements & Responsibilities 

  • Build and develop high-performing teams that reflect our culture and values through effective hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching 
  • Set clear performance expectations, hold leaders accountable to KPIs, and administer progressive discipline fairly and consistently 
  • Own service standards from the first impression to the last touch, maintaining an active floor presence and resolving guest issues swiftly 
  • Coach teams to convert first-time visitors into loyal regulars 
  • Oversee smooth daily openings and closings, ensuring food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and full service readiness across the entire operation 
  • Forecast demand, adjust schedules proactively, and control COGS through effective purchasing and inventory management to meet budget goals and drive top-line sales 
  • Support and execute end-to-end planning of on-site and off-site events, including menu coordination, staffing, pricing, and logistics 
  • Ensure Health Department compliance, audit-ready standards, responsible alcohol service, and oversee all administrative reporting, cash handling, and POS management  

General Manager Qualifications 

  • A minimum of 3 years leading a high-volume restaurant, hotel F&B, or catering operation (5+ years of hospitality management experience strongly preferred) 
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing and holding teams accountable 
  • Solid financial acumen, including experience with labor management, COGS, forecasting, and P&L 
  • Deep operational knowledge across kitchen, floor, and bar service 
  • Strong guest recovery and conflict resolution abilities 
  • POS system proficiency (Toast preferred; GoTab experience a plus) 
  • Experience with payroll entry and scheduling 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and follow through 

 

This is a full-time, on-site position. Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is required based on business needs.
