What You’ll Do

  • Lead, hire, mentor, and develop an experienced culinary team across multiple concepts.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and execution on every plate.
  • Ensure kitchen operations are disciplined, professional, and accountable.
  • Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and overall kitchen performance.
  • Collaborate with ownership and leadership to uphold operational excellence and brand standards.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in upscale, full-service restaurants, with proven leadership in structured kitchens.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with cost control and budgeting.
  • A hands-on leader who inspires, coaches, and sets the standard by example.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
