We are looking for a professional, polished, and personable General Manager for our luxury, boutique hotel. Ideal candidates will have experience in destination ski areas, will have new hotel opening and pre-opening experience, and a transformational, collaborative leadership style.

Boutique Hotel General Manager Benefits:

Boutique Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a General Manager for a Boutique, Luxury property
High level of financial acumen and responsibility
Experience with Full Service Spa
Experience with full-service restaurants
Experience with ski resorts and destination locations REQUIRED
Experience with condo hotels or property management REQUIRED
Transformational and collaborative leadership style

Boutique Hotel General Manager Responsibilities;

Manage team members with respect, integrity, and consistency
Recruit, train, and hire top-quality candidates for leadership and hourly positions
Work with ownership and stakeholders to create dynamic experiences and unique offerings
Ensure the financial performance of the property
Foster a positive culture of continuous professional development and career growth
Other duties as assigned
