Family Medicine Physician Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary between $185,000 and $245,000

Family Medicine Physician Requirements & Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Completed Family Medicine residency
• Valid Illinois state medical license with current DEA and BLS certifications
• Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), community health centers, or serving underserved populations
• Ability to provide comprehensive care to both adult and pediatric patients
• Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Spanish or Polish speaking preferred

Family Medicine Physician Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care for patients of all ages
• Deliver screenings, patient education, and health promotion guidance
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support coordinated, whole-person care
• Review diagnostic and laboratory results and ensure appropriate follow-up
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR system
• Participate in provider on-call rotation and clinical initiatives as required
