We are a well-established fencing company with over 30 years in the industry. We specialize in K-rated fencing for high-security locations. Our growth has been exciting and rapid. We are seeking a Field Superintendent with a background in the fencing industry to join our team. Travel is less than 10 %. Our compensation is above average $$$$ and includes full benefits. Field Superintendent-Fencing Qualifications
-5–10+ years of experience supervising commercial fencing, gates, guardrail, access control, and site construction.
– Proven experience leading multiple crews, foremen, subcontractors, and concurrent field operations.
– Strong understanding of construction scheduling, labor tracking, resource planning, and field productivity
management.
-Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop field personnel into future leaders.
-Working knowledge of OSHA and MIOSHA regulations, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), equipment inspections, and
construction safety practices.
-Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
– Experience managing equipment fleets, tools, rental equipment, and field assets.
