Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. We are looking for someone who is curious, driven, highly motivated, and excited to develop relationships while learning the science and technology behind innovative laboratory and bioprocess solutions.

Through a structured graduate sales program, you will receive training, coaching, and hands-on experience while working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, research, and laboratory organizations.

  • Learn and communicate technical information related to laboratory and bioprocess products.
  • Support existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for additional products and solutions.
  • Conduct customer presentations, product discussions, and sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, technical, and customer support teams to deliver strong customer experiences.
  • Identify new market opportunities and share customer insights with internal teams.
  • Manage sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline development, and opportunities through CRM.
  • Work toward achieving and exceeding territory sales objectives.
  • Develop the knowledge, relationships, and sales skills necessary for long-term career growth within the organization.

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific field preferred.
  • Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous sales, customer-facing, laboratory, research, or industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in technical sales, business development, and account management.
  • Ability to learn and communicate scientific and technical information effectively.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations, prospecting for new business, and developing customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, curious, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and other business tools, or willing to learn.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a large territory.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50–55% throughout the Western States.

Preferred Industry Exposure

  • Develop valuable expertise at the intersection of science, technology, and sales.
  • Represent innovative products and solutions within the growing life sciences industry.
  • Build relationships with leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, and research organizations.
