Our client, a growing wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Lead Financial Advisor to join their team. This is an opportunity for an advisor who enjoys building strong client relationships and providing comprehensive financial planning in a highly supportive environment.
The firm provides advisors with warm leads through an established marketing system, along with strong operational and planning support. Business development experience is valued but not required for CFP professionals with strong financial planning expertise.
Lead Financial Advisor Compensation and Benefits:
$85,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experience
Twice-yearly bonuses, typically 5–10% of salary
Approximately $40,000 in potential annual commissions from company-provided warm leads for advisors engaged in business development.

9:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule.
Lead Financial Advisor Requirements & Qualifications:
CFP certification or currently on track to obtain the CFP
5+ years of experience as a financial advisor
Demonstrated experience providing comprehensive financial planning
Track record of business development and/or deep financial planning expertise
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred
Must love animals!
Lead Financial Advisor Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients while identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships.
Work closely with client service associates and paraplanners to deliver a high level of client service.
Collaborate with the broader team to develop thoughtful, comprehensive financial solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
