Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Design Leader to oversee their Multifamily design studio.
Architectural Studio Design Leader Benefits and Compensation
- Hybrid position
- Base salary of $150 – 170k
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement
- PTO, Vacation
Architectural Studio Design Leader Responsibilities
- Oversee the Design Studio for the client's Multifamily Practice
- Oversee multifamily projects such as high-rise, apartments, condos, townhomes, etc.
- Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in Multifamily design.
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
- Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
- Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
Architectural Studio Design Leader Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Must be a registered Architect
- 15+ years architectural design experience (must have Multifamily experience)
- 2+ years of management experience
