Seeking a Geotechnical Construction Senior Project Manager in Springhill FL, to oversee small to large projects in Central FL. Company values honesty, compassion and teamwork.

Geotechnical Construction Senior Project Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of current experience as a titled Project Manager for a Geotechnical Construction company
- Heavy civil experience with FDOT project delivery, DOT specifications, and public agency contracting processes
- Experience managing direct reports of PM's and PC's
- Experience managing all phases of construction projects
- Experience with project planning and coordination
- Experience with estimating project costs
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platform
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, geotechnical reports, specifications, and contract documents
- Working knowledge of construction cost estimating, CPM scheduling, and budget management
