Fast Casual Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Train, coach, and develop the team

- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
Fast Casual Assistant Manager Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience – fast-casual preferred
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a structured, corporate environment preferred
- ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
- Schedule flexibility for full-time employment
