- Previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Chef
- 3–5 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced, full-service kitchen
- Strong knowledge of classic French techniques
- Natural leader who inspires accountability and teamwork
- Passionate about food culture and staying current with trends and classics
- A degree from an accredited culinary institution or equivalent experience
