We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced, multi-functional distribution operation. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership opportunity for an operations professional who thrives on developing teams, improving processes, driving accountability, and delivering measurable results across safety, inventory, service, and productivity.
Distribution Center Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Lead daily distribution center operations and teams.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor budgets, and productivity.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and inbound/outbound product flow.
- Track KPIs and drive operational improvements.
- Maintain strong safety, quality, and service standards.
Distribution Center Operations Manager Requirements
- 5+ years of distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
- 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience.
- Experience leading supervisors and large operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and operational KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
