This polished casual restaurant is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who must be a servant leader who enjoys working in a high-expectation and high-volume environment. He/she must possess sharp business acumen and be able to see the whole picture. The General Manager will work closely with the restaurant leadership team to drive operational and financial excellence throughout the restaurant. The General Manager will be able to work hand in hand in both the FOH and BOH on any given day, so candidates must be confident working in all areas of the restaurant.

General Manager Job Qualifications:

• Must possess the passion for leading a team in a restaurant environment.
• 5+ years in Fine Dining experience, or Upscale casual in a GM role with a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent
• Polished fine-dining experience only
• Minimum of 3 years at each job
• Servant Leadership
