General Manager – Exciting New Restaurant Opening!

Are you a polished hospitality leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are searching for an experienced General Manager to help lead an exciting new upscale restaurant concept opening in Orlando this November!

This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new opening while joining an established and growing restaurant organization. You can start immediately, train with an existing Orlando-area restaurant team, and be fully prepared to lead the new concept as it opens.

What We're Looking For in Our GM:

• 1–3+ years of General Manager or comparable restaurant leadership experience
• Upscale or fine-dining experience required
• High-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Strong career tenure and demonstrated progression
• Experience managing labor, costs, scheduling, inventory, and overall restaurant operations
• Proven ability to hire, train, develop, and retain strong teams
• A polished, professional leadership presence
• Passion for exceptional hospitality and elevated guest experiences
• New restaurant opening experience is a plus
• Local Orlando-area candidates strongly preferred
