We're seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing vacation rental portfolio. This role oversees housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, and vendor relationships to ensure every property is guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection teams
- Ensure all properties meet company quality standards through routine inspections
- Oversee preventive maintenance and resolve operational issues quickly
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and operational performance
- Partner with guest services to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Develop processes that improve efficiency and property readiness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of operations leadership experience in vacation rentals, hospitality, hotels, or property management
- Experience managing multi-site operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational processes
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
