General Manager – High-Volume Restaurant
Location: Hinesville, GA
Salary Range: $70,000–$73,000 + Strong Bonus Opportunity
We’re working with a well-known, high-volume casual dining brand in the Hinesville area that is looking to bring on a strong General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of a successful operation with a stable, nationally recognized concept.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Build, coach, and develop a strong management and hourly team
- Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and consistently high service standards
- Oversee recruiting, training, and retention efforts
- Maintain operational excellence while executing company standards
- Create a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong background in casual dining or similar full-service concepts
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage financial performance
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
