Director of AI Growth Marketing Benefits and Compensation:
• $120-140k base salary, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus opportunity
• Equity eligibility beginning in Year 2 for exceptional performers
• Hybrid schedule (3+ days per week in the Salt Lake City office)
• Minimal travel
Director of AI Growth Marketing Requirements & Qualifications:
• Proven success driving consumer growth through marketing automation, AI, CRM, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience building and optimizing customer acquisition funnels, conversion strategies, retention programs, and customer journey automation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, AI, and customer insights to improve marketing performance
• Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms to create personalized customer experiences
• Ability to build, execute, and continuously optimize marketing systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Daily responsibilities include developing AI-driven marketing funnels, improving customer acquisition and retention, optimizing the user experience within a consumer app, supporting practitioner lead generation, partnering with technical teams to implement AI-powered marketing solutions, and analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
Director of AI Marketing Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience in digital health, wellness, medical devices, consumer technology, SaaS, subscription businesses, or other data-driven B2C and B2B environments
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for AI, growth marketing, experimentation, and building scalable marketing systems
