High-volume hospitality destination is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead and elevate its culinary operations. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a creative, hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about menu innovation, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Executive Chef Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations, including daily food production, catering, and private event execution.
• Develop innovative menus, seasonal offerings, and culinary concepts while maintaining consistency and profitability.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, food costs, kitchen systems, and operational efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and support kitchen teams while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
• Partner with leadership to grow the culinary program and deliver exceptional experiences across both daily service and special events.

Executive Chef Requirements

• Proven culinary leadership experience as an Executive Chef, Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role in a high-volume environment.
• Strong expertise in menu development, catering, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Demonstrated ability to create scalable kitchen systems, recipes, and production processes.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
