Multi-Unit Restaurant Director

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a portfolio of six popular fast casual / QSR restaurants, where you’ll lead talented teams, influence guest experiences, and help drive operational excellence.

Multi-Unit Restaurant Director Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit or big-box leadership roles
- Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule (approximately 50 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods; frequently bend, lift, and carry at least 20 pounds
- Willingness to occasionally travel or attend off-site meetings
- Proven cost control and quality assurance skills
Multi-Unit Restaurant Director Preferred Background & Skills
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, payroll and timekeeping, inventory systems, and various POS software
- Skilled in staff development and career growth
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience navigating change and ambiguity
- Background in driving profitable growth alongside customer and associate satisfaction
Multi-Unit Restaurant Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities and performance across six distinct restaurant locations
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
- Monitor financial and operational results, implementing strategies to maximize profitability
- Ensure strict adherence to brand and food quality standards for each restaurant concept
- Cultivate a positive, learning-focused workplace culture that values accountability and team development
- Recruit, hire, coach, and retain strong teams to maintain optimal staffing levels
- Act as a key point of contact for guest concerns, brand partner collaboration, and vendor relationships
