We're seeking a bilingual Corporate HR Manager to oversee Human Resources operations across six manufacturing facilities supporting approximately 1,000 employees.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization where HR is viewed as a true business partner. You'll lead a team of HR professionals while working alongside operations leadership to support employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, onboarding, benefits, and leadership development.
What You'll Do:
- Lead HR operations across multiple locations
- Develop and mentor HR Specialists
- Partner with Operations leaders
- Drive consistency across HR practices
- Support employee relations and compliance
- Participate in benefits administration
- Oversee workers' compensation and regulatory matters
- Travel throughout Florida approximately 25-30%
What We're Looking For:
- Multi-site/hands-on HR leadership experience
- Manufacturing, production, distribution, or industrial experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong employee relations background
- Hands-on leadership style
- Ability to build relationships with hourly employees and executive leadership alike
