Bakery Sous Chef Duties:
- Uphold and exceed expectations of all food quality, sanitation, and brand standards
- Train, coach, and lead team to be the best every day
- Take over responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Able to collaborate with the service team to create unique experiences
Bakery Sous Chef Requirements:
- Culinary degree from an accredited culinary institute
- 2+ years of leadership experience in culinary management in an all- scratch kitchen
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate the team
- Experience in a private club, fine dining, luxury hotel, or upscale freestanding restaurant preferred
- Keen attention to detail and must be a great baker
- Good tenure and professional appearance and demeanor
Bakery Sous Chef Benefits:
- Base salary ranges between $65,000.00 – $70,000.00
