Salary: $70,000–$75,000
Lead the guest experience for an exciting new restaurant opening.
An established hospitality group is preparing to open a new high-volume, upscale restaurant in Philadelphia—bringing together elevated cuisine, vibrant energy, and an unforgettable guest experience. We are seeking a talented and driven Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations from the ground up and play a key role in shaping the culture, service standards, and long-term success of this opening.
About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations and help create an exceptional hospitality experience for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in opening environments, knows how to build and develop teams, and is passionate about delivering elevated service in a fast-paced setting.
While experience within Mexican or Latin-inspired concepts is preferred, the group is open to leaders from other upscale restaurant backgrounds who bring strong people leadership, operational discipline, and a hospitality-first mindset.
You will drive service excellence, establish operational standards, coach and develop team members, and ensure a seamless guest experience while supporting overall restaurant performance.
What You’ll Lead
- Direct daily front-of-house operations for a high-volume upscale restaurant
- Deliver elevated hospitality standards and create memorable guest experiences
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
- Establish systems for consistency, accountability, and operational excellence
- Manage labor, scheduling, staffing levels, and operational efficiency
- Partner with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain excellence in service standards, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation
- Support opening timelines, team onboarding, and long-term operational success
- Drive guest engagement, resolve service opportunities, and build team culture
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leadership experience
- Experience leading high-volume upscale, polished casual, or fine dining operations
- Mexican or Latin-inspired concept experience preferred, but not required
- Proven success developing teams and creating strong service culture
- Strong financial acumen with labor management and operational reporting experience
- Opening experience highly preferred
- Passionate, visible leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills
Why Join Us
- Base salary: $70,000–$75,000
- Performance-based bonus opportunity
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and PTO
- Growth opportunity with an established restaurant group
- Opportunity to help launch a highly anticipated opening and make a lasting impact on the guest experience
If you're ready to help create something special and lead an exciting new restaurant opening, we’d love to connect.
