Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • Prior management experience

  • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management style
  • Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
  • Night and weekend availability – flexible schedule

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Hands-on shift management
  • People-focused with strong leadership that strives for people development
  • Ability to run efficient shifts and keep staff motivated and engaged
