Our client is an award-winning, non-custodial RIA support platform — named a Best Place to Work for Financial Advisors (2021, 2022, 2024, 2025, 2026) with an 85 NPS from advisors vs. an industry average of 44.
Location: Anywhere in the U.S. — work from anywhere!
Who We're Looking For:
- Advisors with a portable book of business between $50M-$300M AUM looking to open their own RIA, or small RIAs needing operational support to scale.
- 5-10+ years in financial services. CFP preferred; Series 7, 66 or 63, and 65 required.
What You'll Get:
- Turn-key compliance, tech, marketing, and business development support

- Tech stack: Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, Fidelity, Schwab
- Potential seed money to support your transition
Compensation:
- Keep 100% of your revenue minus a simple fee (vs. the typical 40-45% payout elsewhere)
