Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary $60,000 to $68,000
- Attainable monthly performance bonus

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Recent experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Strong floor presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold the team accountable
- Solid tenure in past roles (2 years with each previous employer) with a proven track record of consistency
- Strong communication skills and a leadership style rooted in professionalis
