An exciting opportunity awaits to lead a brand-new steakhouse, opening in early 2027 in Naples, FL. Operated by a leading hospitality group, this concept blends fine dining with a lively lounge atmosphere, creating memorable guest experiences and fostering strong team culture.

General Manager Benefits & Compensation

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of upscale restaurant management experience, including senior leadership roles in a high-volume fine dining environment.
  • Proven experience with steakhouse, chophouse, or upscale dining concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of new restaurant openings.
  • Experience leading teams of 100+ employees in restaurants with projected annual sales of $5M.
  • Strong P&L management skills and success meeting financial targets.
  • Availability to work a 6–7 day work week for the first three months after opening, transitioning to 6 days in peak season
  • Willingness and ability to travel for initial training prior to restaurant opening.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team.
  • Drive outstanding service and maintain luxury hospitality standards.
  • Manage restaurant P&L, budgets, forecasting, and inventory to achieve growth and profitability.
  • Partner closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Build partnerships within the local community to enhance the restaurant’s market presence.
  • Lead by example and champion a culture of accountability, communication, and team engagement.
