Restaurant General Manager

Established, community-driven full-service restaurant near downtown Rock Hill is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales growth.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities

Oversee full FOH and BOH operations

Drive top-line sales through marketing and promotions

Manage labor, scheduling, and cost controls

Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable

Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction

Collaborate with ownership on growth initiatives

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

2–3+ years experience as a General Manager in full-service dining

Loyalty – 2 years+ with each previous employer; no more than 3 jobs in 5 years

Proven ability to increase sales and profitability

Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence

Experience managing KPIs, labor, and operational systems

Comfortable working nights and weekends

Stable tenure history

Restaurant General Manager Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $70k–$75k

Strong, attainable bonus
