An extremely large food manufacturing facility is looking to add a 2nd shift maintenance team lead. This is a newly created role to help support the facility. Looking for a highly skilled self sufficient maintenance mechanic with strong experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial bakery equipment. They can diagnose mechanical and electrical efficiently, and make sound decisions in a fast paced production environment. They must be GOAL ORIENTED. Experience with conveyors, mixers, proofers, fryers, packaging equipment, pneumatic, hydraulics, motors, bearings and preventive maintenance programs is highly preferred.

Maintenance lead Must haves!
- Must comply with LOTO, HACCP, PPE and OSHA regulations
- Lead a small group of 3-4 Techs.
- Solid Vendor Management skills
- Ability to support the Maintenance Manager.
- Certificate in Electrical Maintenance or related field is a plus
- Significant experience as a maintenance manager leading a team.
- Experience with Cap X projects and budgeting
- Knowledge with multiple skilled trades from HVAC, PLC's and troubleshooting all types of issues as well as welding and Fab.
- 2nd shift open availability and desire to grow. At least 1 weekend day of availability.
- Great communicator in a diverse work environment.
