What You’ll Do as an Assistant Kitchen Manager
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience through excellence in food quality and service
- Train, guide, and empower kitchen staff to perform at their best
- Foster a respectful, supportive, and accountable team environment
- Assist the Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef as needed
- Maintain high standards of service and execution during every shift
What You Bring to the Assistant Kitchen Manager Role
- 2–3+ years of kitchen leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills — lead by example, communicate clearly, develop talent
- A team-first, solutions-driven approach with a positive attitude
- Passion for culinary excellence and continuous improvement
