Extremely large manufacturing facility is looking to add to the executive Team. This is a newly created role to help support the facility and streamline overall operations.

Maintenance Director Must haves!

  • Must comply with LOTO, HACCP, PPE and OSHA regulations
  • Solid Vendor Management skills
  • Ability to create SOPS to help productivity, quality safety and profitability.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related field
  • Significant experience as a maintenance manager leading a team.
  • Experience with Cap X projects and budgeting
  • Knowledge with multiple skilled trades from HVAC, PLC's and troubleshooting all types of issues.
  • Flexible schedule as business dictates.
  • Great communicator in a diverse work environment.
  • Has worked in Food production in some capcity.
