Commercial Lines Support Rep. Benefits & Compensation  

• Base salary of $45,000.

Commercial Lines Support Rep. Requirements & Qualifications 

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel 
• Comfortable working in agency management systems (training provided)  
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines    
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills  
• Professional written and verbal communication skills  
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment  
• Prior insurance preferred, but not required  

Commercial Lines Support Rep. Day-to-Day Responsibilities  

• Support Commercial Lines Account Managers with day-to-day servicing of commercial accounts  
•  Issue and manage proofs of insurance, including Auto ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and Evidence of Property  
•  Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in agency management systems 
• Provide administrative support with policy servicing, including endorsement processing, audits, and policy expirations and renewals  
•  Request, track, and follow up on loss runs and loss control recommendations  
•  Follow up with clients regarding payments, missing information, and required documentation  
•  Monitor claim activity and communicate updates internally to the Account Management team   
• Ensure policies, endorsements, and related documents are delivered to clients in a timely manner  
• Navigate carrier websites to obtain policies, endorsements, invoices, and related policy documents
