We are seeking a proven and dedicated Food & Beverage Manager at our award-winning property. The ideal candidate will bring recent upscale dining supervisory experience and a desire to learn and grow in our unmatched work environment.

Food & Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the success of all food and beverage facets
- Work with the team to develop marketing, sales, and promotional strategies to grow the business and overall profitability including sales of meeting rooms, private dining events, and member outings
- Work with the culinary team to provide exceptional cuisine in a proficient and memorable manner while consistently meeting or exceeding financial goals
- Assume responsibility as the Manager-on-Duty during meal periods ensuring food and service standards are maintained.
Food & Beverage Manager Qualifications:
- 2 years of recent supervisory experience in an upscale casual environment
- Strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance; quality verbal and written skills
- Golf club F&B experience preferred
