Food & Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the success of all food and beverage facets
• Work with the team to develop marketing, sales, and promotional strategies to grow the business and overall profitability including sales of meeting rooms, private dining events, and member outings
• Work with the culinary team to provide exceptional cuisine in a proficient and memorable manner while consistently meeting or exceeding financial goals
• Assume responsibility as the Manager-on-Duty during meal periods ensuring food and service standards are maintained.

Food & Beverage Manager Qualifications:

• 2 years of recent supervisory experience in an upscale casual environment
• Strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance; quality verbal and written skills
• Golf club F&B experience preferred
