Restaurant Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • You must have a minimum of 2 years of full-service concept experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • You must have a passion for genuine hospitality and be guest-first focused
  • You must have integrity, character, and professionalism
  • You must TRULY care about people, especially their team!
  • Must have a Valid Texas Driver's License

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • You will drive sales and guest satisfaction
  • You will create a fun and safe work environment for team members
  • You will work interchangeably in the Front and Back of the House to ensure quality food and standards of excellence
  • You will ensure compliance with all employment policies
  • Conversational Spanish is strongly preferred
