Family Ambassador Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales-oriented approach with demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly
  • Confident, personable, and comfortable guiding families through important life decisions
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven

Family Ambassador Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience or general knowledge of the healthcare or senior living sector
  • Genuine passion for helping families and making a meaningful impact
  • Naturally energetic with strong people skills

Family Ambassador Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Conduct community tours for prospective residents and their families
  • Build trust and provide support to families throughout their decision-making process
  • Follow up with all prospects to drive move-ins and increase occupancy
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry through closing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, and case managers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming move-in experience
