General Manager Requirements

  • Lead all aspects of a New Restaurant Opening (NRO) from pre-opening through stabilization
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team from scratch
  • Establish a strong culture focused on accountability, energy, and guest experience
  • Own full P&L performance including food cost, labor, and controllables
  • Drive operational excellence in a high-volume, drive-thru focused environment
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and brand standards
  • Implement and execute SOPs, systems, and processes for consistency and efficiency
  • Partner with ownership to drive sales, performance, and future growth

General Manager Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in QSR or fast-casual
  • Experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or high-performing Multi-unit GM
  • Proven success with New Restaurant Openings (NROs)
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor
  • Hands-on leadership style with an owner/operator mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to build, train, and develop teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

General Manager Benefits
