General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as GM or in a senior hospitality leadership role within upscale casual or fine dining
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the floor, setting a positive example
  • Strong background in events, private dining, or experiential hospitality
  • Creative, business-minded approach to operations and guest experience
  • Commitment to high standards and attention to detail

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete guest journey, ensuring a welcoming and exceptional experience
  • Lead all daily operations to maintain a fine dining standard of service
  • Develop, plan, and execute chef-driven wine dinners and curated private events
  • Grow revenue through weddings, private dining, and unique event experiences
