Event and Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their vision and delivering tailored event solutions
  • Proactively generate new business through networking, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets
  • Guide clients through the full event lifecycle, from initial concept to successful execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless planning and delivery of all event details
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and a client-focused approach

Event and Sales Manager Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales in hospitality
  • Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
