Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

Be a resource to the Administrator, surgeons, clinical team, vendors, and all staff
Ensure positive patient experience and outcomes
Manage staffing needs and scheduling
Maintain regulatory compliance

Director of Nursing Qualifications:

RN with Bachelor's degree in nursing and active State of NY Nursing License
3+ years of supervisory experience
Expertise in ambulatory surgery center preferred

Director of Nursing Benefits:

Competitive base salary $130-160K + bonus potential
Comprehensive benefits package
M-F daytime hours
