General Manager – Fine Dining ($5M+ Volume) – CLEVELAND, OH
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume fine dining restaurant ($5M+ annual revenue). This role oversees all operations, team leadership, guest experience, and financial performance, including a strong catering and events component.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop FOH/BOH teams with a strong hospitality culture
- Oversee daily operations in a scratch kitchen environment
- Own P&L, labor, and cost controls
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Manage and execute catering and private events
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years GM or senior leadership experience in high-volume fine dining ($5M+)
- Background in scratch kitchens and catering/events
- Experience with multi-concept restaurant groups preferred
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and floor presence
