Sous Chef Responsibilities

  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience through elevated culinary execution
  • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen brigade with clarity and purpose
  • Maintain a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager on daily operations and menu initiatives
  • Oversee consistent quality, pacing, and presentation during service

Sous Chef Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a leadership role within a quality-driven kitchen
  • Proven ability to lead by example and communicate with poise and authority
  • Professionalism, composure, and a collaborative spirit
  • A genuine passion for fine food, craftsmanship, and elevating the team around you
