A premier wellness and hospitality destination in North Dallas is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead a complex, multi-revenue operation blending spa services, thermal pools, saunas, food & beverage, retail, and facilities under one roof. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, team culture, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. As the senior onsite executive, you’ll act as both owner’s representative and cultural leader — setting the tone for service, discipline, and safety in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. Ideal candidates are floor-based, financially sharp operators with deep experience across multiple hospitality functions.

General Manager Benefits/Compensation

  • Full P&L ownership across multi-revenue wellness operations
  • Leadership of a flagship property in the North Dallas market
  • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
  • Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and more

General Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across spa, thermal pools, F&B, retail, facilities, and guest services
  • Lead and develop department heads to deliver consistent, high-quality performance
  • Own the full guest journey — ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and luxury service standards
  • Monitor and optimize financial performance across admissions, spa, F&B, and retail
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, labor, and regulatory standards
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and labor strategy
  • Act as onsite crisis manager, handling escalated guest concerns and safety incidents
  • Drive cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation in all guest and back-of-house areas

General Manager Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in senior hospitality, resort, or wellness operations leadership
  • Proven experience managing a large team in a high-volume, guest-centric setting
  • Prior P&L ownership across multiple departments or revenue channels
  • Comfortable working in regulated, safety-sensitive environments (e.g., pools, spa, F&B)
  • Highly visible leadership style — leads from the floor, not from the office
  • Calm, confident decision-maker with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
