Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in content, brand, or marketing roles
  • Strong writing and editing skills across technical and non-technical content
  • Experience managing brand standards and visual identity
  • Advanced experience with WordPress and content-driven websites
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere preferred)
  • Experience producing or directing photography and video content
  • Ability to collaborate with executives, engineers, and sales teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a rigorous background check

Must haves

  • Translate highly technical, security-focused solutions into compelling narratives for government, defense, and enterprise audiences
  • Develop content that supports compliance-driven industries (e.g., data security, regulatory environments, or cybersecurity)
  • Create cohesive messaging for trade shows and industry events attended by federal, military, and commercial decision-makers
  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to accurately represent complex manufacturing capabilities and custom solutions
  • Build and maintain structured content systems that support rapid scaling across multiple verticals (government and commercial)
  • Oversee website content and messaging to reflect evolving solutions, including hardware, software integration, and service offerings
  • Produce content that reinforces credibility, trust, and authority in high-security and compliance-driven markets

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience marketing technical products, industrial equipment, or engineered solutions
  • Background working with government, defense, cybersecurity, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA, GDPR, NSA standards)
  • Experience supporting global or enterprise-level clients
  • Understanding of manufacturing environments or engineering-led organizations
  • Experience contributing to brand strategy during periods of company growth or market expansion
  • Prior experience mentoring or guiding junior marketing staff
