Nationwide restaurant retail store looking for a hands-on Front End Manager who enjoys working with their team!
Front End Manager Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Manager with strong customer relations
- Staffing and managing all associates day to day
- Daily operations, meetings, and reporting
- Creating a positive customer experience at all levels
- Assists floor supervisors and stockers to ensure shelves are stocked
- Food safety compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations
Front End Manager Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in large food warehouse retail
- Positive leadership with a people-first mentality
- Growth and succession mindset
- Warehouse management experience preferred, but not required
