Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor; strong sense of style and personal presentation
- Proven ability to deliver discreet, impeccable service for VIP and celebrity guests
- High energy, physical stamina, and a hands-on approach throughout long, active shifts
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in nightlife, fine dining, or luxury hospitality settings
- Familiarity with reservations, bottle service, and VIP guest protocols
- Ability to remain calm and professional amidst demanding circumstances
Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations during service to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP and celebrity guests, delivering discreet, personalized service
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team, setting standards for professionalism and excellence
- Coordinate table service, reservations, and bottle service, optimizing guest flow and revenue
- Collaborate with security, bar, and back-of-house teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and nightly execution
- Proactively resolve guest needs, address concerns, and maintain a visible, engaged presence on the floor
- Uphold strict brand standards, ambiance, and the vibrant energy of the venue
- Support staff hiring, scheduling, training, and continuous development initiatives
