General Manager | High-Volume QSR Leader

Location: New York

Compensation: $65K – $90K + Bonus + Benefits

The Role:

As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a high-volume restaurant, leading daily operations, developing your team, and driving strong financial performance. You’ll play a key role in building culture, executing standards, and delivering results.

What You’ll Do:

Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
Drive execution of brand standards (quality, service, cleanliness)
Manage and improve key performance metrics (speed, service, guest satisfaction)
Coach, develop, and build a strong leadership team
Own full P&L performance including labor, food cost, and controllables
Maintain food safety, compliance, and audit readiness
Deliver an exceptional guest experience and resolve customer concerns

Management experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant environments
Hands-on leadership style with strong operational focus
Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
Solid financial acumen and experience managing costs
High energy, accountability, and strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
