We are expanding our North American presence and are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and grow key customer relationships. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in plastics, injection molding, or industrial automation.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities across North America
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
- Expand market presence in targeted industries
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project, and quotation teams) to deliver tailored solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain and grow an existing customer base while developing new accounts
- Target Industries (Priority Focus)Smart household appliances (e.g., vacuum cleaners, lawn equipment)
- Packaging and FMCG industries (multi-cavity molds)
- Automotive and traditional home appliance sectors
- QualificationsProven sales experience in one or more of the following:
- Plastic raw materials (resin)
- Injection molding machines or molds
- Industrial automation equipment
- Established customer network within relevant industries
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Willingness to travel as needed
