We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and team development.

Requirements:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Manage labor, food cost, and profitability
  • Coordinate with ownership on marketing and startegy

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years as a General Manager
  • 5+ years of restaurant Management Experience
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and industry trends
  • Strong Leadership and Financial Skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a hands-on leadership style
