General Manager Responsibilities Include:

Creating a fun, welcoming, and all-inclusive environment for employees and guests!
Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality where everyone is treated as a friend!
Developing team members for success while developing your skills for future growth!
Educating all staff members on matters relating to food safety, cleanliness, operations, and profits!

General Manager Qualifications Include:

An outgoing person who loves speaking with people and being the "Mayor" of your town!
Strong desire to lead a team of people and build a team culture through positivity and creativity!
3+ years of experience as a General Manager!
Current Serv Safe Certification!
Expert knowledge of Profit and Loss statements!
Previous experience creating and managing budgets!
