Senior Project Manager – Dallas–Fort Worth

Senior Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong background in commercial interior subcontracting or specialty trades
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades or interior scopes on schedule-driven projects
  • Demonstrated technical reasoning and spatial awareness
  • Proven leadership and consistent communication skills across teams and clients

Senior Project Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience with drywall, framing, ceilings, millwork, glass, doors, flooring, or finish scopes
  • Background with acoustical ceiling, millwork, glass and glazing, doors and hardware, or multi-trade subcontractors
  • History managing projects in occupied commercial spaces or complex renovations

Senior Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee tenant improvement projects from kickoff through final completion
  • Coordinate implementation of drywall, framing, ceilings, millwork, glass, doors, flooring, and finish work
  • Validate field measurements and jobsite conditions prior to trade mobilization
  • Identify constructability concerns and develop proactive solutions
  • Manage project schedules, manpower, and materials to ensure timely and quality completion
  • Collaborate directly with field teams and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders
  • Deliver high-quality finished spaces with minimal disruption to occupied environments
