Senior Project Manager – Dallas–Fort Worth

Senior Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong background in commercial interior subcontracting or specialty trades
- Experience coordinating multiple trades or interior scopes on schedule-driven projects
- Demonstrated technical reasoning and spatial awareness
- Proven leadership and consistent communication skills across teams and clients
Senior Project Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with drywall, framing, ceilings, millwork, glass, doors, flooring, or finish scopes
- Background with acoustical ceiling, millwork, glass and glazing, doors and hardware, or multi-trade subcontractors
- History managing projects in occupied commercial spaces or complex renovations
Senior Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee tenant improvement projects from kickoff through final completion
- Coordinate implementation of drywall, framing, ceilings, millwork, glass, doors, flooring, and finish work
- Validate field measurements and jobsite conditions prior to trade mobilization
- Identify constructability concerns and develop proactive solutions
- Manage project schedules, manpower, and materials to ensure timely and quality completion
- Collaborate directly with field teams and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality finished spaces with minimal disruption to occupied environments
