Vice President of Sales
The Vice President of Sales provides strategic and operational leadership across retail store operations and outside/field sales channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel sales strategy that drives revenue growth, strengthens sales culture, and ensures consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.
VP of Sales Responsibilities
- Leads retail and territory-based sales teams, establishes performance standards and KPIs
- Partners closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align sales execution with company objectives.
- Revenue forecasting, strategic planning, team development, and performance management.
VP of Sales Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience
- B2C and B2B leadership experience
- Leadership experience in retail stores and field sales
- Hands-on leader, comfortable talking to consumers or collaborating in the Board Room
- Critical and creative thinker
- Willing to be in office or service area every day
